Information about personal data and browser storage is in the Privacy & Cookies notice.
The service
SnapSolid is an Early Access, browser-based 3D editor for designing board furniture and simple solid geometry, preparing cutting plans, and exporting supported file formats. The current editor is provided without an account and without charge. Projects are normally stored only in your browser.
Permitted use
You may use SnapSolid for lawful personal or commercial design work. You must not misuse the service, interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, or use it to violate another person's rights. You remain responsible for the project content you create and for having the rights needed to use any material you enter into the service.
Local projects and backups
Local browser storage is not a backup service. Browser cleanup, private-browsing behavior, device failure, software changes, or removal of site data can permanently delete a project. Export and safely store backups of any project you need to retain. SnapSolid cannot restore project data that never left your device.
Manufacturing and safety
Before cutting or 3D printing, verify all dimensions, materials, scale, tolerances, orientation, and exported output. Models, measurements, cutting plans, collision indicators, and exports are planning aids and may contain errors or require manufacturing-specific adjustments. You are responsible for confirming that an output is safe and suitable for your tools, stock, assembly, loads, environment, and intended use. Follow the instructions and safety requirements of your machines and materials.
Early Access and availability
The service may change, contain defects, or be interrupted. Features and file formats may be added, changed, or removed. SnapSolid may suspend or discontinue the free service, but will aim to provide reasonable notice of material planned changes where practical. No promise is made that the service will always be available or suitable for a particular production process.
Intellectual property
SnapSolid and its application code, visual design, branding, and documentation remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms give you permission to use the service; they do not transfer ownership of SnapSolid. You retain rights in the original project content you create, subject to any rights belonging to others.
Responsibility and statutory rights
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available and without guarantees beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. The operator is not responsible for losses caused solely by unverified manufacturing output, loss of locally stored projects, incompatible equipment, or use contrary to these terms. Nothing in these terms limits liability or consumer rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Czech law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protection available under the law of their country of residence. Czech courts have jurisdiction where applicable mandatory law does not provide otherwise. If you are a consumer and statutory alternative-dispute-resolution rules apply, you may contact the Czech Trade Inspection Authority.
Changes
These terms may be updated when the service or legal requirements materially change. The date above identifies the current version. Continued use after a new version becomes effective is subject to that new version; material changes will be communicated on the site where practical.
